Crushi is an image-to-text inspiration application that generates short Stoic philosophy reflections and action-oriented suggestions based on photos uploaded by users. In order to provide this functionality, the application must process images submitted by users. This document explains how images and related technical information are handled when using the application.
By using Crushi, you understand that uploaded images will be processed to generate text reflections related to the visual content of the image.
When users upload photos to Crushi, the images are processed to generate philosophical reflections and short action suggestions inspired by the scene or situation represented in the image.
Uploaded images are used only for the following purpose:
· Generating Stoic philosophy reflections
· Generating short action-oriented suggestions
· Providing the requested image-to-text feature
Images are not used for advertising, marketing, user profiling, or unrelated analytics.
Photos uploaded by users may contain human faces. For transparency and compliance:
· Crushi does not perform facial recognition
· Crushi does not identify any person in an image
· Crushi does not create facial templates or biometric identifiers
· Crushi does not store facial data separately
· Crushi does not analyze identity, age, gender, or emotions
· Faces are treated as part of the image scene only
Any human face appearing in uploaded images is processed only as part of the overall image in order to generate a text reflection related to the scene.
Crushi uses image analysis and AI-based text generation to produce reflections and suggestions associated with uploaded images.
Regarding AI processing:
· Image analysis and text generation are performed within systems controlled by the Crushi Team
· Uploaded images are not sent to public AI platforms for unrelated use
· User images and generated content are not used to train external AI models
· User images are not used for advertising or marketing models
· Processing is limited strictly to generating the requested output for the user
Temporary data created during processing is automatically deleted after the generation process is completed.
Image processing and text generation occur in controlled server environments managed by or contracted by the Crushi Team. These environments are used only for application functionality and are not open public processing systems.
We maintain control over how images are processed, stored temporarily, and deleted after processing. Images are not publicly accessible and are not shared with unrelated third parties.
To maintain app stability and performance, some technical information may be collected automatically, such as:
· Device model
· Operating system version
· App version
· Crash logs and diagnostics
· Basic usage statistics
This information is used only to maintain and improve the application.
Crushi follows a minimal storage principle. Uploaded images are stored only for the time required to complete processing and generate text results. After processing is completed, images are removed from processing storage.
Generated text results may be temporarily available to users inside the app but are not permanently stored unless a feature specifically requires saving results initiated by the user.
Technical logs may be stored for a limited time for debugging and system maintenance.
To operate Crushi, we may engage third-party infrastructure providers, such as cloud hosting, storage services, or performance monitoring tools. These providers act solely as service facilitators and are strictly bound by contractual agreements that prohibit them from accessing, using, or sharing any user-uploaded images, generated text results, or related content for any purpose other than supporting the operation of the application.
These providers cannot use the data for advertising, analytics, AI training, or any other unrelated activities. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to any third parties, and user content remains protected under our internal access and security controls.
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. Access to systems is restricted and processing environments are controlled.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Crushi is intended for users aged 17 years and older. The application is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this document from time to time to reflect changes in the application, operational practices, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be made available within the application.
Continued use of the application indicates acceptance of the updated document.
If you have questions about how images are processed, how data is handled, or about this document, you may contact the Crushi Team by email. We review all privacy and data-related inquiries carefully and will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Before an image is uploaded and processed, users voluntarily choose to use the image-to-text feature provided by Crushi. By uploading an image and requesting text generation, the user consents to the processing of the image on Crushi servers for the sole purpose of generating philosophical reflections and action suggestions.
If a user does not wish their images to be processed, they should not upload images or use the image analysis feature.
Image processing only occurs after the user actively uploads an image and requests the feature.
